Shipping policy
Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). During peak seasons or sales events, processing may take slightly longer.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
- Domestic (Pakistan): Standard shipping (3–7 business days). Free shipping on orders above PKR 3,000.
- International: Delivery times vary by destination (7–21 business days). Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to track your order via our courier's website.
Customs & Duties (International Orders) International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country. TRENDIXA is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.
